WBCI Hosting Service
The WBCI ProcessManager is our new electronic interface for the pre-coordination of the change of provider amongst EKPs (EKP: company which offers fixed network telephony to end customers). WBCI replaces the previous process and the fault-prone fax method.
WBCI Hosting Service (WHS):
The WBCI ProcessManager is hosted with the carrier services of Enghouse Carrier-Services and is available as multi-client web service. The connections between the involved EKPs are automatically installed by Enghouse Carrier-Services. You only have to place your pre-coordination request via a web interface. As an alternative the Hosting Service allows a complete integration of the WBCI ProcessManager into the system landscape of the customer via different interfaces.
