AAV QueryManager (TR-AAV)
Information request from the security authorities §112 TKG
The German telecommunications act §112 TKG obligates telecommunications companies to grant access to authorized bodies to their subscribers data, their connections, connection addresses, devices and further identifiers. The TR AAV is the new procedure of the Federal Network Agency (Bundesnetzagentur, BNetzA) which replaces the old SARV/SBV procedure and extends it by further data and search options.
AAV QueryManager
Our AAV QueryManager offers obligated parties a full function range for mapping the processes of TR AAV v2.0 in order to comply with the Customer Data Information Ordinance of June 14, 2017. The product provides an automatic query interface for obligated companies. It enables the BNetzA to conduct an electronic query for requesting security agencies. The AAV QueryManager offers a wide range of interfaces (e.g. SOAP, xml-file import) for the integration into the company’s own system environment. Apart from the protocol processing of the TR AAV for answering requests that are addressed to the obligated companies as queries, the AAV QueryManager provides functionalities for the administration of data records as well as metrics for anonymous monitoring of the system and further maintenance functions for logging and eliminating communication errors. It is also possible to submit test requests to the AAV QueryManager in order to check the database and system behavior, in the case of possible BNetzA complaints. For ICCS users, the transmission of the subscriber’s data from the ICCS is integrated.
